Introduction

The RTSE Foundation has had its humble beginning on 14 January 2021, incorporating as Company limited. Students from diversified backgrounds and underserved at given education under this program provide equal opportunities to pursue careers in technical fields. To uplift the underprivileged part of our society, the RTSE foundation leverages the Indian Government’s initiative of Right to Education Act (RTE) enacted on 4 August 2009 describes the modalities of the importance of free and compulsory education for children between 6 and 14 in India under Article 21a of the Indian Constitution. India became one of 135 countries to make education a fundamental right of every child when the Act came into force on 1 April 2010.

Executive Summary

The RTSE Foundation is responsible for working for the underserved sections of society and to help them get better employment opportunities through training in emerging technologies like Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, DevOps, etc.

RTSE Foundation is registered under the Companies Act, 2013, having its Registered Office at 668/B, 17th C Main, Opp Koramangala Club, 6th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, 560095. The foundation’s objectives are to be managed by the board of directors of the RTSE Foundation.

Purpose

The purpose of this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is to describe the terms of reference (TOR) of members, which provide the framework for the constitution, selection, roles and responsibilities of the RTSE Foundation and procedures for maintaining the confidentiality of all activities and documents. In addition, the SOPs provide clear, unambiguous instructions so that the related activities of the foundation are conducted by Indian regulations and relevant national and international ethical guidelines.

Objectives and Expected Outcomes

The main objective of the RTSE Foundation is to help work with underserved sections of society and help them get better employment opportunities through training in emerging technologies such as Cloud Platforms, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, IoT, DevOps etc. In addition, a collaboration with other multinationals across the country can help us serve society better.

The objectives of the RTSE Foundation are:

  1. To give eligible candidates from underprivileged sections of society an opportunity to come out of poverty and be a part of innovation and social transformation.
  2. Candidates with graduate, postgraduate, or any professional degree can apply for the opportunity to be trained by Experienced IT Professionals, exposing them to corporate India.
  3. To provide these trained youth with well-paying jobs in key high growth sectors such as Information Technology, FinTech, Education, manufacturing, etc.
  4. We are collaborating with non-partisan, independent, well-researched analyses. The inputs to diverse decision-makers in governments, business communities, and academia and to civil society around the world and advocacy.
  5. Survey and advocacy for political, economic, social and developmental constituencies and participating in political decision-making processes with technical expertise across the world, notably in India and the developing world.
  6. Research and reporting on any of the fields at sub-paragraphs b & c above.
  7. We are collaborating with Indian and domestic institutions of excellence, private and/or public.
  8. Provide innovative and practical recommendations to governments and private corporate entities that reinforce democracy and encourage economic and social welfare, security, and opportunity of those in developing countries.
  9. Offer consultancy projects in all the tentative areas identified above, such as identifying CSR scope of investment, establishing new infrastructure projects in diverse sectors, creating and implementing advocacy campaigns, harnessing cost-effective technology for ordinary citizens, etc.
